Overall, at first, it seemed legit, and the owner got things done, but then things went to the left when it came to getting things organized and sent to me.

I had added expenses that I didn’t calculate in, because of additional services I used, and in the end, I have not received the products I bought. I am now broke, and still don’t have the documents and items that I paid for, further more for the additional service I paid extra that was not provided in the end, because I was not able to provide insurance money. And when I asked for a refund, the answer was, that it is not possible, which is not acceptable in my eyes.

Because the service I paid for, has not been provided, therefore I should be able to get a refund of the money I paid for, for the service that has not been done for me to get all my items.

So, all I can say right now, at this time, is that I am very unhappy with the outcome!
